Project Work

Dear Students,
        Regarding your emails that you have sent to me ,I must tell you that only Tehseen, perhaps, understood what to do while searching on the internet.
Please note: I do not require the whole biographies or the whole web pages to be copied and pasted and to be sent to me.
 For example: Tehseen- the group representative- sent me these short cuts regarding their assigned writer Charles Dickens:

I can open these pages by clicking on these shortcuts of web pages.

Please revise your sent material and re-send it.

I have given the example and I hope you can understand it. I have full confidence that you can do it, only it is something new that you are doing. Give it some more time and practice and you will learn how to copy links that appear on top of the page of your browser/google.

The page opens when we click on it or type it in the search engine(Google for most of you)

Moreover, I also want you to write the names of the books that you have found on your writer with the author's name.

You can post your findings here on this blog too.

Data Bank Project

Dear BS students,

You will be directed to your class project website on which you have been working since the last week to collect data for the writers allotted to you.
 The class proctor should go to the Long-term Project /Class Announcements page and add the name of the assigned writer in front of each group.
After visiting that page, You can leave your comments on Yusra's Classroom or on this blog.

Dear Students,
        First of all, I welcome you all to this new world of learning and interacting with each other.
I have created this blog for your class where you can enter and post your thoughts about different topics.
writing in a blog is like recording things in a diary, only you do not have to carry the diary with you. It is a 'virtual' diary!
Dear learners,  using technology in classroom teaching is a new approach with which many of you must be unfamiliar. I would highly encourage all of you to explore and experiment with innovative methods in my subject and for that I would provide you with different guidelines with which you will be able to make your assignments better and reflect on what you learn during the face-to-face teaching in BS.
